These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) are a binding agreement between you (\u201cUser,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d) and ACT with Care (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) concerning your use of www.actwithcare.org (\u201cSite\u201d) and the services we provide through the Site, including mentorship, continuing education units (CEUs), digital products, courses, subscriptions, and community access (\u201cServices\u201d).

1. Services Overview<\/h5>
ACT with Care provides services intended for behavior analysts, clinical supervisors, and related professionals. These include:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) mentorship and supervision
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Digital downloads and professional tools
Online courses and webinars
Paid subscriptions for ongoing access to exclusive content and community

These Services are offered solely for educational and professional development purposes. We are not a therapy or clinical treatment provider.

2. Eligibility and Use<\/h5>
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent that:

You are of legal age,
You will use the Site for lawful purposes,
You are not impersonating any other person or entity.
No part of the Site is directed toward children or intended for use by minors.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal<\/h5>
If you purchase a recurring subscription:

You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
We do not offer retroactive refunds or partial period refunds.

6. Intellectual Property<\/h5>
All content on the Site \u2014 including text, videos, course materials, designs, logos, and trademarks \u2014 is owned by ACT with Care and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Copy, distribute, or publicly display content without permission
Resell or sublicense any part of our content
Represent any content as your own
We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.

7. User Content and Community Participation<\/h5>
You may have opportunities to submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials, discussion posts). By doing so, you grant ACT with Care a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our Services.

You agree not to post or submit content that is:

Harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful
Promotional or commercial in nature
Infringing on others\u2019 intellectual property
We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.

All Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and for informational purposes only. ACT with Care:

Does not guarantee results from the use of our Services
Is not responsible for your application of educational material
Does not replace clinical judgment, licensure guidance, or legal obligations
We are not liable for any harm or losses resulting from your use of the Site or Services.

9. Limitation of Liability<\/h5>
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ACT with Care shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Service interruptions or errors
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination<\/h5>
We reserve the right to terminate your access if:

You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior
You violate community norms or misuse content
Termination may be immediate and without notice.
