Advancing the field through integrated care & clinical excellence.

Welcome to
ACT with Care.

A threshold for the behavior analysts and organizations expanding the edges of our field with integrity and care.
Clinical supervision, training, and consultation for behavior analysts committed to quality.

For the Lighthouses of the Field...

The ones who love the science, but refuse to lose the soul.

There is a specific kind of practitioner who understands that our science is most powerful when embodied with heart. These are the clinicians and leaders who shine light on the private world of thoughts and emotions, centering human connection within the systems they build. They push the boundaries of our field in a forward-moving direction, honoring context and integrity in every environment.

I imagine if you’ve landed here, you’re one of the Lighthouses, too.

Maybe you’ve felt that pull toward something deeper, the realization that there has to be a better way to do this work without the burnout or the generic templates. My role is to empower your vision with proven clinical frameworks and specialized training that protect the integrity of your practice while driving measurable outcomes.

Whether you're a center-based organization seeking to elevate staff retention and clinical standards, a home-based provider stabilizing quality, or an individual practitioner deepening your expertise, it starts here.

We don't just provide care; we provide clinical excellence.

Why ACT?

ACT isn't extra, it's essential.
✦ ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training) is the foundation of everything I do. It's a framework that transforms how we understand behavior change at every level: clinicians, families, and clients.

✦ It helps us understand how verbal behavior influences patterns of avoidance, rigidity, and rule-governed responding that often interfere with meaningful behavior change. As behavior analysts, we can't ignore thoughts and feelings, we treat them as contextual variables. ACT gives us a structured, evidence-based way to do just that.
Using ACT, we can:
• Address clinician burnout and psychological inflexibility that leads to turnover
• Build staff competence and confidence in values-driven clinical decision-making
• Transform parent training into collaborative partnerships that increase family buy-in
• Create generalizable, values-aligned interventions that improve client retention
• Target psychological inflexibility functionally
For organizations, this means:
Lower staff turnover: Clinicians find meaning in their work and stay longer
→ Higher family retention: Parents become active partners, not passive observers
Better clinical outcomes: Teams move beyond rigid protocols to responsive, individualized care
